TRAIN – WE WILL WORK WITH YOUR TEAM MEMBERS INDIVIDUALLY OR AS A GROUP TO IMPLEMENT A SUCCESSFUL PROCESS WITH PROVEN TECHNIQUES AND BEST PRACTICES THAT HAVE CONSISTENTLY WORKED WITHIN THE INDUSTRY. THE SCOPE OF OUR TRAINING / COACHING COMES FROM ASPECTS OF PROFESSIONAL SELLING DEVELOPED BY THE CANADIAN PROFESSIONAL SALES ASSOCIATION UTILIZING A ‘CUSTOMER FOCUSED – CUSTOMER CENTERED’ APPROACH. WE WILL ALSO UTILIZE PROVEN METHODS OF PRESENTING, OBJECTION HANDLING, AND COMMITMENT INTERACTIONS WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS, “THE CONSULTIVE SELLING PROCESS”.
MEASURE – WE WILL CONDUCT ROLE-PLAYING AS PART OF THE COACHING PROCESS DURING THE TRAINING TO ASSESS EFFORT AND COMPETENCY OF THE MATERIAL COVERED. AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE INITIAL TRAINING WE WILL ALSO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE PARTICIPANT(S) TO SELF ASSESS THEIR NEW FOUND ABILITIES EITHER PRIVATELY OR WITH LIVE CUSTOMERS.
SUSTAIN – WE WILL PROVIDE ONGOING SALES COACHING & MENTORING. THIS WE BELIEVE IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THAT THE SKILLS LEARNED DURING THE TRAINING & COACHING BECOMES PART OF THE PARTICIPANTS ‘DNA’. THIS ACCOUNTABILITY PHASE IS AN EXTREMELY IMPORTANT PART OF THE PROCESS AS IT HELPS TO ENSURE YOUR COMPANY REALIZES THE MAXIMUM RETURN ON THEIR TRAINING INVESTMENT AND TO RECOMMEND ANY FOLLOW UP REQUIRED TO PRODUCE THE RESULTS YOU EXPECTED.

Our Training and Methodology stems from our Presidents background and experience. Having been on the sales floor, F&I Department, and in Sales Management he has experienced first hand many Sales Training Consultants come and go, many just telling of their accomplishments but not really empowering others to accomplish their 'Goals'. Mainly their style was to say; "If I can do IT, YOU CAN DO IT!"
Training and coaching just like in sports has to be on going, provide skills comprehension, build on proven techniques, identify areas to improve, and build on past successes. Training just like Coaching should never be a destination but a positive journey.
In our ever changing economic environment the Consultant has to be prepaired also for what lies ahead and be able to anticipate changes in the marketplace which directly affect our successes. Even for the Trainer / Coach training and experience should never be a destination. As a CSP (Certified Sales Professional) our President is required to submit hours of additional personal training to maintain his designation and pledge to adhere to CPSA's (Canadian Professional Sales Association) 'Code of Ethics'.
